I went from weighing nearly a 100kgs to losing that weight and struggling to keep it off for over a decade. Struggling and becoming obsessed with food. That led me to become a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and now an Accredited Hypnotherapist.

The Foundation of Food Program
I have developed my Foundation of Food Program to help you lose weight for good. I take a non-dieting approach to weight loss that allows you to eat all of the foods you love.
I will help you normalise your food routine to send the chemical signal to your body that you are not in famine and that slow and steady weight loss can occur. This is not a fad diet that will see you lose massive amounts of weight in days, and if that is what you want, this is not for you. But if you are looking for long term effective fat loss which lasts and finally allowing you to stop dieting, then this is the program for you.

Not only do you learn how to eat, you also learn how to think in more effective ways to help you succeed. We eat for more reasons than hunger and unless we address the mental aspect of how we eat it really can be an uphill battle.
I teach you the most effective thought patterns, using powerful and effective hypnosis to allow you to think better and ultimately do better.
