Why is it so Hard to Lose Weight?
The problem with current thinking for how to lose weight is that so much time and energy is spent focusing on what we eat.
While this is very important to consider the quality of the food we eat, it isn’t the only consideration.
In my opinion, not enough emphasis is put on “why” we eat.
Working with clients as a Personal Trainer I became very aware of the fact that even though they desperately wanted to lose weight they constantly “sabotaged” themselves.
Emotional Eating Won’t Help You Lose Weeight
What I realised is that people don’t always eat because of hunger.
We eat when we are happy and we eat when we are sad.
Eating helps us to cope with stress because it makes us feel good and it can calm anxiety.

By understanding the emotional aspect of why we eat and treating them through hypnosis in combination with practical strategies is the most effective way to lose weight.
With the added bonus of treatment for anxiety and depression too.
