It’s hard to concentrate on what’s happening in your world if you are stuck in your own head.
We really do miss out on the good things that are happening around us because of it.
And it really is just torturous to not be able to switch off those incessant thoughts.
It’s exhausting quite frankly.
In this video, I discuss internal orientation and how it contributes to how we do anxiety.
But the good news is, it is possible to turn these thoughts off.
And although in a normal setting this can be challenging, by utilising hypnotherapy, it can become something that happens quite naturally.
Because hypnotherapy works deep in the subconscious in ways in which other behaviour modification techniques don’t.
